When an AI shops your store, what product data does it get?
More shopping channels now use merchant catalogs. An incorrect price, missing variant or unintended product can travel through those channels. REORK offers a practical, evidence-first check of what you intended to sell versus what your exported data and selected channel settings indicate.
Request a fixed-price review ↗What the initial pilot includes
- Catalog data check: review up to 100 supplied CSV rows for duplicate/missing SKUs, missing titles, invalid nonnegative price/inventory formats and mismatched fields, with row-by-row exception output.
- Channel settings review: compare screenshots you provide against the platform's documented Agentic/AI sales-channel and product-mapping settings.
- Business-only product review: flag any stated wholesale/B2B privacy or product-visibility intent for manual checking. We do not claim to verify actual external visibility from an export alone.
- Delivery: an exception register, clear/held rows, and a prioritized checklist for your team's approval. No automated changes to your store.
View example CSV review receipt (fictional product data) ↗. Generated with REORK Catalog QA v1.0: 8 rows checked, 5 held for review, 3 clear. This is a data-quality example, not proof of any live shopping-channel setting.
You may redact customer details and unrelated sensitive fields. No admin passwords or storefront API credentials are needed for a first-stage review.
Why this check matters
Shopify says eligible stores can share product information with AI storefronts, and custom-field mapping, product grouping and wholesale visibility require care. Its own native tools handle many checks. We add a human-readable exception register and independent review of supplied evidence, not a competing checkout platform.

Who this is for
Merchants or agencies with legacy CSV imports, unusually configured variants or custom product fields, B2B and retail data living side by side, or uncertainty about which products are enabled for external channels.
We first identify the concrete exception you want checked. If Shopify's own free controls already solve it, we'll say so before proposing paid work.
